Spaghetti Oplontini is one of our standard pasta shapes, made from durum wheat semolina. The artisanal nature of our pasta makes it impossible to specify a single, precise cooking time. We recommend cooking each kilogram of pasta in at least 10 liters of water, monitoring it closely until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
