Bucatini is our standard pasta shape made from durum wheat semolina. The artisanal nature of our pasta doesn't allow for a specific cooking time. It's recommended to soak each kilogram of pasta in at least 10 liters of boiling water and monitor it until it reaches your preferred temperature.
