Originally from the Gulf of Genoa and created to accompany pesto, Linguine Garofalo enhance the flavor of sauces made from vegetables or fish. They are a Gragnano PGI Pasta format. Thanks to the flattened and slightly convex shape together with the rough and porous surface drawn in bronze, they capture sauces and have a genuine flavor.
