The unique flavor and aroma is characterized by traditional Sicilian recipes of which the Contorno Brothers are the custodians. The cherry tomatoes selected according to very specific characteristics (colour, degree of ripeness, aroma...) are collected directly from very specific production fields in which they are grown and processed according to traditional standards in full respect of nature and current laws.
